These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MewCP, including the website, dashboard, APIs, developer tools, integrations, documentation, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility and Account
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Use of the Service
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, malware, or harmful content.
- Infringe the rights of MewCP or any third party.
We may implement and enforce technical controls, including request limits, abuse detection, and temporary restrictions to protect platform stability and security.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for your users, workloads, prompts, inputs, outputs, configurations, integrations, and account activity.
- You must ensure your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
- You are responsible for obtaining required rights and permissions for data you submit to the Service.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Recurring Payments
- Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle.
- By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
- Fees, billing cycle, and plan limits are shown during plan selection and may be updated with notice.
- Failed, declined, or reversed payments may result in suspension or downgrade.
- Taxes, duties, and related charges are your responsibility where applicable.
6. Trials, Credits, and Promotional Offers
We may offer free plans, trial access, beta access, or promotional credits. These offers may be modified, limited, or withdrawn at any time and may have additional terms.
7. Plan Limits and Service Controls
- Your usage may be subject to limits such as requests, servers, throughput, or other quotas.
- Limits may vary by plan and may change over time.
- We may throttle, pause, or restrict usage that materially impacts reliability or violates these Terms.
8. API Keys and Security
- You are responsible for safeguarding API keys and access tokens.
- Do not share credentials in insecure channels.
- You must immediately rotate credentials and notify us if compromise is suspected.
- We may deactivate or revoke credentials to protect users and platform security.
9. Customer Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that we process account, operational, billing, and usage data as described in the Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of your data and content, subject to rights granted to us to host, process, secure, and transmit that data to provide and improve the Service.
10. Intellectual Property
- MewCP and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service and related intellectual property.
- Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service.
- You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law or written agreement.
11. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant MewCP a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation.
12. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party products, content, or policies.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.
13. Service Availability and Changes
- We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Planned or emergency maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
14. Beta and Pre-Release Features
From time to time, we may provide beta, preview, or pre-release features. These features may be experimental, incomplete, and changed or discontinued at any time without notice.
15. Acceptable Use Enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse, abuse, fraud, security incidents, or legal violations and take action including request filtering, usage restrictions, credential revocation, suspension, or account termination.
16. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information from the other. Receiving party agrees to use such information only for the purpose of this relationship and to protect it with reasonable care, except where disclosure is required by law.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MewCP and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount paid by you to MewCP for the Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MewCP and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or connected with your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
20. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, non-payment, security risk, legal requirement, or abuse prevention.
Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
21. Force Majeure
MewCP is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including network outages, infrastructure failures, natural disasters, war, labor disputes, government actions, or provider disruptions.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located in Maharashtra, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.
23. General Terms
- These Terms form the entire agreement between you and MewCP regarding the Service.
- If any part is held unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.
- Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
- You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
- We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
