Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and MewCP for using MewCP. Please read them. By creating an account or using MewCP, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use MewCP.

1. Who we are

MewCP is a product of ASTheTech (registration in progress), based in Maharashtra, India. In these terms, "MewCP", "we", "us" and "our" mean the team that operates MewCP. "You" means the person using MewCP, or the organisation they use it for.

"The Service" means the MewCP website, dashboard, gateway, APIs, server catalog and documentation.

2. Who can use MewCP

  • You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
  • If you use MewCP for an organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it. "You" then includes that organisation.
  • You may not use MewCP if the law forbids you from doing so.

3. Your account

  • Give us accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account and keys.
  • If you think your account or a key has been compromised, revoke the key in the dashboard and tell us at contact@asthetech.com straight away.

4. What MewCP does

MewCP is a gateway between AI agents and the apps they use. You connect apps once, and your agent reaches their tools through one endpoint. MewCP stores the credentials for those apps, applies the access rules you set, and logs each call.

MewCP passes calls between your agent and your apps. It does not decide what your agent does, and it does not review or approve individual actions.

5. You are responsible for what your agent does

AI agents can take real actions: sending email, changing files, posting messages, making payments or placing trades. When your agent does something through MewCP, it does so on your instructions and with your connected accounts.

  • You are responsible for the actions your agent takes through MewCP, and for their results.
  • Use the access controls in the dashboard to limit which apps and tools your agent can use. Give it only the access it needs.
  • AI agents can make mistakes. Check important actions before relying on them.
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by actions your agent takes, including actions you did not expect.

6. Connected apps and credentials

  • You may connect only accounts you own or are allowed to use.
  • By connecting an app, you allow MewCP to store its credential and use it to make the calls you or your agent request.
  • Your use of each connected app is governed by that app's own terms. You are responsible for following them.
  • You can disconnect an app at any time, and its stored credential is deleted.
  • The apps you connect are run by other companies. We are not responsible for their availability, their changes, or what they do with your data.

7. Servers in the MewCP catalog

The MewCP catalog lists MCP servers and apps. Many of them are built and run by third parties.

  • A listing does not mean we endorse a server, or guarantee that it is accurate, secure or available.
  • Names, logos and trademarks in the catalog belong to their owners. Their use does not mean the owners endorse MewCP.
  • If you own something listed in the catalog and want it changed or removed, email contact@asthetech.com.

8. Business accounts and end users

If you build MewCP into your own product, your users (end users) may connect their apps through MewCP.

  • You are responsible for your end users and for how your product uses MewCP.
  • You must tell your end users how their data is handled and get any consent the law requires.
  • We process your end users' data on your behalf and according to your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you need a data processing agreement, contact us.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use MewCP to:

  • break the law, or help anyone else break it;
  • access accounts, systems or data you are not allowed to access;
  • send spam, or commit fraud or phishing;
  • spread malware, or attack or probe other systems;
  • harass or harm people, or violate their privacy;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property;
  • get around rate limits, plan limits, access controls or security measures;
  • disrupt MewCP, overload it, or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows;
  • resell or give access to MewCP without our written permission.

We may investigate suspected misuse. To protect MewCP, our users or the public, we may limit requests, revoke keys, or suspend or close accounts.

10. Plans, limits and payment

  • MewCP has a free plan and paid plans. Each plan has limits, such as the number of requests, servers or projects. Plan details are shown on our pricing page.
  • Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. By subscribing, you allow us to charge you for each period.
  • Payments are processed by our payment processor. Prices do not include taxes unless we say so, and you are responsible for any taxes that apply.
  • If a payment fails, we may downgrade or suspend your plan until it is paid.
  • We may change prices or plan limits. We will tell you before a price change applies to your plan, and it will take effect from your next billing period.

11. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a paid plan at any time. Cancelling stops future charges, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Our refund policy is being finalised and will be published here. Until then, if you have a billing problem, email contact@asthetech.com.

12. Free, trial and beta features

We may offer free plans, trials, credits and beta or preview features. We may change or end them at any time. Beta features may be incomplete or unreliable, so do not rely on them for important work.

13. Your data

  • You own the data and content you bring to MewCP.
  • You give us permission to store, process and transmit your data only as needed to run, secure and improve MewCP and to support you.
  • We do not use your data, your call logs or your connected apps' data to train AI models.
  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. It is part of these terms.

14. Our property

MewCP, including its software, design, documentation and brand, belongs to us and our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use MewCP under these terms. You may not copy, modify or distribute MewCP, or build a competing product from it, except where the law allows or we agree in writing.

15. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely, without paying you or owing you anything.

16. Availability and changes

We work to keep MewCP running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may need to pause it for maintenance or emergencies. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a feature you pay for, we will try to give you reasonable notice.

17. Suspension and termination

  • You can stop using MewCP and close your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, do not pay, put MewCP or other users at risk, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
  • When your account is closed, your right to use MewCP ends, and we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Sections that by their nature should continue after the account is closed will continue. These include sections 5, 13, 14 and 18 to 22.

18. No warranties

MewCP is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises about MewCP beyond those written in these terms. This includes promises that it will suit a particular purpose, or that it, the servers in the catalog, or the actions your agent takes will be accurate or free of errors.

19. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business or damage to reputation.
  • We are not liable for losses caused by actions your agent takes, by your connected apps, or by third-party servers in the catalog.
  • Our total liability for all claims relating to MewCP is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

20. Your responsibility to us

If someone brings a claim against us because of how you used MewCP, what your agent did, the data you sent through MewCP, or because you broke these terms or the law, you will cover our resulting losses and reasonable costs.

21. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events we cannot reasonably control. These include outages at our providers or at the apps you connect, internet failures, natural disasters, war and government action.

22. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Maharashtra, India, have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. Before going to court, please email us at contact@asthetech.com so we can try to resolve the problem with you.

23. General

  • These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about MewCP.
  • If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • You may not transfer these terms to anyone else without our written permission. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale, or once ASTheTech is registered.

24. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as MewCP or the law changes. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or with a notice in the dashboard before it takes effect. If you keep using MewCP after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
